Task: The following guide will provide you with instructions on the required security roles for YES Group 

Prerequisites (if applicable):
The user must have a valid license for Dynamics 365 (Sales Pro or Team Member)

Security Roles - DocumentsCorePack
YES Group also use DocumentsCorePack for the following 3x environments and these extra Security Roles should be associated.

• DocumentsCorePack Security Role
• mscrm-addons general security role
• MSCRM-ADDONS.com AutoMerge

Without these roles the user will not see the Create Document in the command bar for a table that has this enabled.

Default Security Roles for Each Environment
We need to confirm with the customer what environment that should have access to.
Please ensure you add to the applicable Security Group as well, so they can be added to the environments.

Note - YES Group aren't integrating their User Mailboxes (therefore there is no need for the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (and the standard approve, enable mailbox)

YES Group

• .Yates - Sales User (default)
• .Yates - Power to Delete
• .Yates - Sub Contractors (Team Members)

YES Energy

• .YES Energy (Default)
• .YES Energy (Power User)
• .YES Energy (Contract)

Redmud

• .Redmud - Sales Users (default)
• .Redmud - Subcontractors
• .Redmud - Power to Delete
• .Redmud - Power to Delete (ITCs)

Outcome:
Once you assigned the Security Roles they should have access.
